About the Team:

The team is a cross-functional global community of dedicated ZF digital transformation agents & process experts. You will be part of the project team that is charged with template development, implementation & continuous improvement for our transformation into SAP S/4 HANA ERP.

Our cross-functional team includes members from supply chain management (SAP EWM), finance (accounting, controlling, tax), R&D, HR, sales, quality, and production operations.

By joining our Team you will become a part of the ERP Template Build Team Operations within the ERP-Template-Project. Within this team you are analyzing incoming requirements of our production plants, supporting the creation of recommendations for the Global Process Owner-organization and realizing the requirements after approval within the S4/-HANA-environment and our Product Lifecycle Management.environment to ensure the build of successful new releases.

Purpose of the job

Design and implementation of Bill of Material related processes within the ERP-Template Build Project to create a standardized and efficient set of processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform design, testing coordination and testing along with realization of defined requirements within a release
• Create process documentation, Symbio Process Models and Training content
• Single point of contact in the workstream for the Digital Transformation Agents, ERP Continuous Improvement and the Product Lifecycle Management-Program
• Strongly align and collaborate with the ERP Template Build Workstream lead Operations, IT Specialists, the ERP-Program and the Product Lifecycle Management-Program
• Transfer initial ERP-Template Knowledge and provide Delta-Trainings to Digital Transformation Agents
• Responsible for test execution within the workstream
• Ensure transparent traceability between elements in “as ordered”-Bill of Material and “as planned”-Bill of Material including the technical realization
• Definition of a technical solution for “as manufactured”-Bill of Material in correspondence to “as planned”-Bill of Material in an overall concept
• Supports early involvement for findings pre-Template Governance Board on demand
• Supports safeguarding the standardization and innovation approach of the ZF ERP Template
• Supports that work-packages are delivered at the defined quality level on time
• Support the planning of the next release sub-workstream scope, schedule and resources
• Support the prioritization and level of distribution of Process-Sets

Skills

• Good experience in working global and multicultural project teams
• solid functional experience in SAP PP, especially  Bill of Material and Change Management and connected modules
• extensive knowledge in Process Planning and PLM-Systems like Axalant, Windchill etc.
• profound knowledge in Engineering Design Processes for Assembly and Manufacturing
• Solid experience in large SAP programs and projects
• Experience in Production Processes and Manufacturing Engineering Processes
• Empathic and cultural open to work with Key-Users and project members from different countries
• Resilient and able to work under pressure to reach project goals
• Fluent English language skills
