About the Team: 

ZF Logistics Team in Częstochowa is involved in the process of planning, purchasing and delivering goods to more than 100 automotive customers all over the world. Our team can be described as a perfect mixture of a fresh look at the challenging automotive environment as well as many years of experience. Right now we are searching for a New Launch Controller who would cooperate in the area of production planning and customer service.

What is the main scope of your activities as Pre-Series Logistics Specialist:

• Managing Supply Chain in the pre-series phase of new projects;
• Coordinating production planning process in logistics department;
• Controlling the material flow for supply of pre-series production and coordinating the information flow in the pre-series phase;
• Preparing the drafts of logistics calculations of new projects;
• Defining packing instructions and customer expectations towards packaging;
• Minimizing scrap costs, monitoring the proper master data of the customers in the ERP system (SAP), matching lead times and stock values;
• Managing and communicating large amounts of data, while making logical decisions quickly and accurately;
• Daily contact with the customers from all over the world;
• Cooperating very closely with the Engineering Team and New Launch Departments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ in SCM experience in global, multinational working environment, preferably in automotive industry;
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in cross-functional teams and deal with complex organizations;
• Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment;
• Proven success in collaborative, team-oriented environment;
• Good computer skills - MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP);
• English fluency;
• Polish fluency.

Education:

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or in Supply Chain Management.
