Plant Manager (m/f/d)

About the Team

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead the full operations of our Electronics Plant in Częstochowa and drive its strategic development in line with the company`s long-term goals. The facility employs approximately 700 people, and the Plant Manager plays a key role in guiding the organization, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting continuous growth.

What you can look forward to as a Plant Manager (m/f/d): 

• Full P&L ownership and overall leadership of the Plant in alignment with company strategy, and required standards (e.q, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001).
• Drive performance, efficiency, and growth, ensuring strong operational execution.

• Lead CAPEX and continuous improvement, driving optimized production and resource allocation, while steering operations aligned with business efficiency.
• Develop and execute operational plans (OP), including forecasting, risk management, and smooth project delivery.
• Lead and develop the teams, with a strong focus on people development, mentoring, and succession planning.
• Resolve organizational, technical, and personnel issues, ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Work in a global matrix organization, collaborating across Europe/worldwide, influencing the operational footprint.

Your profile as a Plant Manager (m/f/d):

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, manufacturing, or a related field, combined with relevant professional experience in a manufacturing environment. Postgraduate studies in the management field or MBA are an advantage.  
• Several years of experience (at least 5) in manufacturing plant management (preferred industries: automotive, electronics, manufacturing). 
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage complex teams, foster development, and drive organizational change.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of ERP/MES enterprise management systems.
• Analytical mindset, strategic approach, and strong decision‑making skills.
• Very good communication and negotiation skills.
• Business fluent in English, and at least communicative knowledge of Polish.
