NPM Commodity Buyer for HR services

Your tasks:


• Cost reduction EBIT and NON EBIT achievement according to OP plan,
• Supplier’s management including suppliers classification, suppliers database management, negotiations, inflation mitigation
• Fostering spend consolidation from strategic suppliers
• Ensure implementation of HR Services commodity strategy
• Commodity sourcing strategy setup and implementation on regional and country level
• Efficient and close cooperation with internal customers
• Focus on cost break down per country and legal requirements
• Compliance of Indirect Purchasing of ZF policy and processes


Your profile:


• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Economics or related field
• Min 1-3 years of experience in a purchasing area (i.e. operation/commodity)
• Experience with supplier analysis and evaluation (i.e. quality, capacity, cost, etc.)
• Proficient knowledge of purchasing tools, negotiation methods,
• Very good knowledge of Excel
• Knowledge of English (min. B2), knowledge of German language will be an advantage
• Good analytical abilities with a high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced, multitasking, interface with cross-functional teams
• Ability/willingness to travel both domestically and internationally
