Mechanical CAD Designer

Responsibilities:

• Support mechanical design of products in Automotive Electronics division (control units, sensors, vision cameras, radars);
• Create and store mechanical CAD drawings and models;
• Prepare complete sets of drawings (technical layout, multiple views, detail drawings and assembly drawings per customer and internal requirements);
• Cooperation with international teams;
• Ensuring compliance with ASME standards, GD&T and internal procedures.

Requirements: 

• 3 years’ experience or Mechanical/Design Engineering Degree;
• English communication;
• CATIA V5 modeling and drafting; 
• Experienced with CAD database;
• Understand plastic and metal design; 
• Experience with structured processes and procedures; 
• Analytical skills and quick learning ability.

Optional Skills: 

• German communication is a strong plus;
• NX modeling and drafting;
• PCBA design interface is a strong plus;
• Ability to utilize GD&T rules.
