Materials Management Process Expert

Your Tasks:

• Support standardization & digitalization of  business processes in MM;
• Support the ERP template rollout in MM division R;
• Participate in cross-corporate function and cross-divisional expert groups; close cooperation with Local Process Experts, IT department, etc.;
• Create process documentation and defining specific user roles in processes, creating training materials and workshops;
• Coordinate and participate in functional IT system testing and user acceptance testing, for all system changes or new software functionality;
• Support other systems improvements in MM Business planning and Controlling.

Your profile:

• 3-5 years of professional experience preferably in purchasing, supply chain management or similar;
• Extensive SAP experience, knowledge of other systems and data;
• Good understanding of ZF processes and procedures;
• Strong coordination and leadership skills, solutions-oriented approach;
• Used to work in cross-functional, multicultural teams;
• Self-starter, used to work without supervision and in a changing environment (new team);
• Project management skills.
