Manager - Operational Digitalization Excellence

The key purpose of this role is to ensure that there is global alignment and understanding of all ZF Digitalization projects within Operations for the Electronics and ADAS Division.

Job Responsibilities:

Interface with the central ZF teams & all other Divisions to understand the ZF Operational Digitalization strategy in-line with the ZF's Digital Manufacturing Platform (DMP). Bring that learning back to Division U, undertake a gap analysis of what's required by each site, develop a roll out plan.
Lead and drive plant teams in the roll out of their digitization plan inline with DMP to unsure they are ontime to the agreed budgets; as well as ensuring the cost benefits are acheived as committed to.
Acts as the technical lead and solution finder for the plant team in their deployment of all the Digitization initatives. These initiatives can be directly operationally based or indirectly as they originate from other functions that interface with the plants, eg Engineering, Supply Chain.
Ensure the Operational Digitization plan align and fits into the overall Electronics and ADAS Divsional Digitization stategy.
To continue to find new industry leading operational digitization improvement intitatives. Assess their use potential to our environments, trial their effectiveness and where viable drive the roll out into our operations including knowledge sharing to other Divisions.
Develop appropriate scorecards and measures that allows progress to be tracked and monitored against the agreed targets.

Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant manufacturing environment.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a process engineering or IT systems role.
Relevant engineering or IT degree.
Demonstrated ability to remain focused, constructive and flexible while under pressure.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to influence across the globally based organization.
