About the Team
Working in the center of the ERP digitalization:
In 2021 ZF has newly established a team for Digitalization. Preparing the ZF Group for the Transformation one main program activity is to move from diverse ERP Versions into fully harmonized Processes, Data and Technology within one SAP S4/H landscape. The FD Line Organization as the main driver for Business Digitalization is looking for new employees to support the ERP Program. The growing team of integration specilists for the S4/H ERP Template "BUILD" is currently dictributed in Germany, NA and Poland. We now need to broaden our functional baseline with an additional Expert in : 

• Logistics Inbound/Warehousing (eWM)

What you can look forward to as S4/H Integration Specialist Inbound (m/f/d) to implement solutions (not rolling-out the solution)

• Manage incoming high level requirements to orchestrate design, realize and test the ERP future for ZF group by defining detailled global target processes with functional process teams
• Verify necessity of process enhancements or variants according to e. g. legal, market or product requirements and manage them accordingly
• Continuously improve the new ERP Template by optimizing and standardizing business processes across all Divisions and Domains
• Govern and Safeguard the processes and data during the lifecycle management, beeing the owner of the process master list (respective functional area) for all Symbio processes that are relevant for the SAP environment
• Ensure efficient interfaces to major programs influencing ERP processes (e.g. PLM, Digital Manufacturing Platform,…)
• Drive expertise within the respective process in terms of Innovation, trends and best practices
• Consult and support process management organization functions (Process Executives [Domain and E2E responsibility], Global Process Owner[Functional and E2E process Responsibility], Divisional Process Owner [Divisional Process responsibility]) by always keeping focus on holistic End-to-End functionality and support training of the Roll-Out Organization to understand details of the ERP template
• Define and evaluate solution scenarios for scalable implementation including long term perspective to develop maximum of digitalization
• Verify the solution scenarios in collaboration with the ZF IT experts and  define End-to-End test Scenarios including testautomation potentials

Your Profile as S4/H Integration Specialist - Inbound (m/f/d)

- Excellent knowledge of eWM Inbound processes along with EDI, ASN and other functional elements such as supplier e-Kanban
- Knowledge in supplier and company Container Management (returnable package handling), Subcontracting, Supplier Consignment
- Knowledge in general warehouse processes beyond incoming warehouse advantegous
(e.g. putaway, stock removal, picking, PSA processing, etc.)
- knowledge in full-auto-packing with EWM advantegous
- good PP and QM integration skills (e.g. consumption-based call-off, GR from production, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge in goods receipt processing (e.g. ASN/Shipment, Unload control, Yard Management, Urgent Parts Processing, batch handling, Serialization, etc.)
- Knowledge in Transportation Planning and Monitoring

- English business fluent, german beneficial
- Ability to guide proactively and openly, project management experience helpful
