Intern - Travel and Expense (m/f/d)

About the Team:

Join the ZF European Shared Services Center in Częstochowa, supporting financial and accounting processes for ZF entities across Europe.

What you can look forward to as a Travel and Expense Intern:

• Audit business travel expenses in accordance with internal company policies and local accounting and tax regulations.
• Provide support to users with day-to-day activities related to travel expense processes and systems.
• Prepare regular reports and analyses.
• Manage corporate credit cards.
• Maintain frequent communication with travelers and approvers at all organizational levels.

Your Profile as a Travel and Expense Intern:

• Good command of English; German language skills are considered an advantage.
• University degree completed or currently pursuing studies, preferably in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Available to work full-time (40 hours per week) and willing to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week from the office).
• Strong analytical skills and good organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
• Motivation to work in an international environment.
