About the Team:

Are you passionate about identity management? Join our dynamic team as an IAM Analyst, where you`ll play a crucial role in safeguarding our organization`s digital assets. Your responsibilities will include developing IAM strategies, advising on service integration, and setting comprehensive guidelines and policies. Additionally, you`ll support merger and acquisition activities, monitor audit outcomes, and stay updated with the latest industry standards. If you have a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, we want to hear from you.


What you can look forward to as Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst:

 

  • Help to make the organization ready for a 'Zero Trust' world by contributing to an integrated reference architecture picture for globally deployed strategic IAM platforms used by all business units and regions.
  • Build and continuously develop the IAM capability blueprint and best practices for Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes, authentication, authorization and access governance.
  • Provide consulting to application owners for IAM Service onboarding and integration.
  • Curate and create guidelines, standards and policies for the IAM environment in alignment with the IAM Service Organization and our Stakeholders, provide guidance to the IAM community.
  • Plan and scope activities for architecture implementation. 
  • Support IAM aspects of M&A activities.
  • Track Audit activities and findings in the IAM area.
  • Keep up with industry trends and standards.


Your profile as Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst:

 

  • Graduate degree preferably in Information Security or Computer Science, CISSP certification or similar are warmly welcomed.
  • Experience with and strong understanding of components of the IAM landscape, such as Identity Management platforms, processes, authentication technologies, authorization approaches and capabilities. 
  • Knowledge of IAM architecture principles and information security.
  • Experience with Cloud Security, specifically for Azure and/or SAP is a strong plus.
  • Good communicative skills - ability to promote and communicate IAM architecture and solutions in a Stakeholder targeted manner. 
  • Ability to work independently in a matrix organization - pleasure in working with dynamic, international teams.
  • Fluent in English - both oral and written.
