IT Specialist (Operational tasks in the client labs & certification team) - IT Center

We are looking for a new colleague who will be responsible for coordination, integration, test- and certification of IT-end devices. The IT expert will perform daily operational tasks according to ITIL standard processes.
 
Your tasks 

• Coordinate the technical integration- and certification of new hardware for the global ZF-shopping-cart
• Create and enhance  hardware and end-device related test scenarios
• Worldwide second-and third-level support for hardware related issues
• Keeping the documentation and knowledge database up to date
• Asset-Management (CMDB)

 
Your profile 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or comparable education or experience
• Experience in handling of Microsoft operating systems and Office applications, hardware-related problem management, and experience with end-user support (first- and/or second level support)
• General knowledge of IT service processes (ITIL)
• Communicative knowledge of English (min. B2), German would be an advantage
• Proven analytical abilities in addition to troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to intercommunicate with cross-functional teams and customers
