This position is part of ZF’s ADAS & HPC business, which is entering an exciting new phase of growth and transformation within the advanced automotive technology space. The business unit is planned for divestiture, creating a unique opportunity to help shape the future of next-generation driver assistance and high-performance computing technologies.

An IT Solution Architect acts as a bridge between complex business problems and technical solutions, designing the "blueprint" for systems that align with an organization's strategic goals.

What you can look forward to as an IT Solutions Architect – Engineering CAE and Test & Validation (f/m/d):

• To design, describe, and manage the engineering of technology solutions that directly solve business challenges while ensuring they are scalable, secure, and reliable.
• Balancing technical feasibility with business constraints like cost, time-to-market, and available resources.
• Create high-level and detailed architectural blueprints, including diagrams and technical specifications for software, hardware, and network integration.
• Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to translate functional needs into robust technical requirements.
• Evaluate and recommend the best tools, platforms, and vendors (e.g., cloud providers like AWS or Azure) to meet project goals.
• Lead development teams through the project lifecycle, providing direction on solution design, assuring requirement compliance and assuring customer satisfaction with the solution.
• Identify potential technical risks or vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies to ensure system stability.

Your profile as an IT Solutions Architect – Engineering CAE and Test & Validation (f/m/d):

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-10 years experience with Engineering Processes and tools/systems, specifically with CAE and Test & Validation services.
• Knowledge of Architecture Framework Tools is highly preferred.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Exceptional communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical leaders and negotiate with stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.
