IT Service Management covers the management of the entire Service Portfolio within ZF Group which includes service related design processes, catalog and portfolio management, service level management and financial management. The IT Service Manager will focus mainly on IT service financials supporting the community in service and volume planning, price calculation, billing and reporting incl. issue tracking and regular alignement with IT Controlling and IT Perfomance Management. In this role the Expert will be part of the global IT Service Management team (IT Governance) and contribute to projects and activites to optimize the framework, reporting and related processes.


The role is available in Czestochowa, Gliwice, Lodz and Wroclaw


Your tasks:


  • Collection and analysis of global and regional requirements of the IT Service Lifecycle for the IT Service Portfolio and the IT Service Catalogue. This includes consulting IT (Staff) Business Service Managers, IT Technical Service Managers, IT Controlling and other stakeholders on functional, methodical, marketing-effective and process-oriented solutions.

  • Collaboration in the further development and optimization of IT service lifecycle processes, definition and application of IT service levels, IT service reporting (KPI) and the strategic alignment of the IT service portfolio

  • Collaboration in the group-wide creation and coordination of IT service levels and in IT service contract management

  • Creation of decision documents and implementation of service portfolio reviews in IT management

  • Collaboration in the OP for volume and cost planning, carrying out calculations and preparing business analyses and service controlling reports

  • Maintenance and publication of the service catalog and administrative support of stakeholders in the implementation of changes

  • Conception, planning and implementation of stakeholder training in Service Lifecycle Design and Service Reporting and Controlling

  • Implementation of regular communication measures with and within the service community

  • 2nd and 3rd level support of administrative IT systems in the service management environment

  • Collaboration in projects (functions, processes, workflows, data structures, roles...) in the service management environment

  • Special tasks and support of topic-related projects




  • Completed studies (university or university of applied sciences) in the field of business informatics, ecomomics, computer science or comparable education with distinctive business, financial and technical knowledge

  • At least five years of professional experience in IT service management, IT controlling and/or IT-related follow-up processes

  • Deep understanding of the interaction between technical and business services, service level agreements and service related financials and billing processes in a complex environment

  • Analytical, independent and interdisciplinary thinking and acting with customer focus

  • Good command of written and spoken English

  • Experienced in managing projects in an international environment
