IT Project Manager - Process Automation

Location: Częstochowa, Gliwice, Łódź, Wrocław

Tasks:

• Manage global IT process automation projects; 
• Drive a new topic from research to service implementation;
• Identify and manage skill needs to build a team to deliver desired project results;
• Actively pull cases from the process automation case backlog;
• Act as a co product owner for the business to manage IT innovation developments;
• Proactively contribute to continuous optimization of processes, standards, and ways of working in an agile environment;
• Coach and train internal customers on the agile mindset and project management; 
• Read websites, databases and trade journals to gather knowledge about innovative trends and technologies.

Your profile: 

• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant IT or Business field;
• Proven experience within IT project management, solution design and IT architecture; 
• Good knowledge API data management & provisioning, IT security and compliance;
• Applied knowledge of agile manifesto, principles and methods; 
• Basic knowledge in portfolio management processes and measurements;
• Very good communication skills in English.
