An IT Program Management Analyst / Developer focuses on optimizing the overarching processes across a suite of related projects. They function as the technical backbone of a Program Management Office (PMO), often building the custom tools, databases, and reporting dashboards that keep large-scale IT initiatives transparent and data-driven.

• To improve program efficiency by building technical tools and analyzing data across multiple projects to ensure alignment with strategic business goals.
• Strategic data analysis, process automation, and the development of internal program-tracking software.
• Design and maintain internal databases, macros, and automated reporting systems to track project milestones and financial health.
• Conduct deep-dive quantitative and qualitative analysis on program performance metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, or risks before they impact the broader organization.
• Monitor total program expenditure and resource allocation across multiple workstreams to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
• Create complex dashboards and visualizations (e.g., using Power BI or Tableau) to translate technical progress into executive-level insights.
• Evaluate current workflows and develop automation scripts to streamline administrative tasks within the PMO.

Your profile as an IT Program Management Analyst/Developer (f/m/d):

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-7 years experience with experience in data analysis, software development with Program Mgmt process and systems.
• Expert knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and scripting, preferably with cPlace platform development.
• Tools: Expert use of program management software and tools, cPlace experience preferred.
• Experience in data analysis, software development, or IT program support.
• Fluent in English.
