IT Developer for MS Power Platform and Dynamics 365

We are looking for a motivated Junior Developer and Support Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on developing, maintaining, and supporting solutions for our corporate CRM system based on Microsoft Power Platform and MS Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a willingness to learn and a customer-centric approach to support.

Tasks:

• Customization of new features and applications for the corporate CRM system based on Power Apps and Power Automate
• Maintenance and monitoring of the MS Dynamics 365 environment
• Responsible for the 2nd level support of the CRM users from Sales, Marketing and Aftermarket incl. troubleshooting and technical problem solving
• Development of PlugIns, interfaces, and adaption of the UI
• Further enhancements and optimization of the corporate CRM applications (like the Customer quotation app)

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed Engineering or Master degree in Computer Science or similar
• Good software development skills in C# and JavaScript
• Knowledge about agile working methods
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Model driven Power Apps and Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Knowledge in MS Dynamics 365 (platform, configuration and related Sales/Aftermarket processes) as well as Azure functions is advantageous.
• Strong analytical thinking, customer orientation, flexibility, high commitment and team-minded
• Advanced English skills (written and spoken)
