  • Critical accountability to develop strategic partnership between all product line/area business functions & IT as well as orchestrating the digital transformation​
  • Executes global key account management, manages demand side for IT services & IT projects being a clear divisional interface (Primary Point Of Contact) & reports to the CFO of BU/Area​
  • In Charge of business IQ and powerful communication to drive digital transformation & organizational change management for division as part of ZF next generation mobility strategy​
  • Directs, develops and communicates the product line/Area IT strategy/roadmaps aligned with corporate IT strategy and corporate domain strategies​
  • Clarifies & qualifies IT demands. Manages the product line/area IT demand portfolio. Initiates & structures the necessary project setup, scoping, resource estimation and governance.​
  • Accountable for end-to-end overview of the IT service & project portfolio of division​




  • At least Bachelor`s degree in IT
  • Senior IT management professional;
  • Strong business acumen and understanding, high conflict management skills;
  • Strong agile leadership and management skills
  • Visionary thinking and effective execution, thought leadership;
  • Experience in large scale business and IT transformation programs
