IT Application Development Trainee (m/f/d)

About the Team:

The team is responsible for Bill of Material (BOM) and material master data migration during the SAP S/4HANA transformation across all ZF locations. We work closely with business, IT, and external systems to ensure accurate and complete data migration from multiple source systems. Our focus is on data analysis, tooling development, and ensuring high data quality throughout the migration process. The team operates in an international, collaborative environment supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

What you can look forward to as IT Application Development Trainee (m/f/d):

• Supporting BOM and material data analysis during SAP S/4HANA migration projects;
• Analyzing and consolidating data from multiple source systems (SAP, QAD, Windchill);
• Participating in the administration and daily operation of the PSCASE migration tool;
• Contributing to the development of tools for material scope analysis;
• Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel;
• Supporting development of web-based applications used in data analysis and migration.

Your Profile as IT Application Development Trainee (m/f/d):

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis;
• Familiarity with HTML and JavaScript; interest in web-based application development;
• Understanding of databases and data structures;
• Interest in data analytics, system integration, and enterprise applications;
• Motivation to learn and work in an international IT and business environment;
• Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and structured way of working;
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and communicate effectively.
