IAM Cross Functions Manager

Tasks:

  • Design, document and publish integrated reference architecture picture for globally deployed strategic IAM platforms used by all business units
  • Build and continuously develop the IAM capability blueprint and best practices for Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes, authentication, authorization and access governance.    
  • Curate and create guidelines, standards and policies for the IAM environment in alignment with the IAM Service Organization and our Stakeholders, provide guidance to the IAM community.
  • Provide consulting to application owners for IAM Service onboarding and integration
  • Project participation in projects with relevance for IAM Architecture and IAM application integration
  • Track Audit activities and findings in the IAM area.         
  • Provide worldwide end-to-end support for application IAM integration concepts
  • Design and implement portfolio and process for IAM Service onboarding and integration       
  • Project lead, project participation in projects with relevance for IAM Architecture and IAM application integration
  • Plan and scope activities for architecture implementation, coordinate within IAM organization and provide interface to ZF Stakeholders
  • Optimize working mode of IAM teams for solution implementation, steer and coordinate work backlog (SaFe, Scrum Master)

 

Profile:

  • Higher education in the field of IT or relevant
  • Strong Experience in Identity Access Management field
  • Experience in leading team
  • Strong communication skills, ability to lead international teams and deal with complex organizations.
  • Working experience with authentication and authorization concepts in SAP and/or other applications
  • Very good knowledge of English language
  • Strong focus on targets and goals
  • Expert knowledge of authentication and authorization methods
