Your tasks:
• Support Early Product Development (process, material);
• Process Development; define and develop preferred manufacturing processes and key suppliers (Front-Loading);
• Define Process Standards and lead worldwide implementation and monitoring;
• Support and approve D-FMEA (production process focus);
• P-FMEA and Control Plan Standardisation;
• Approve Manuf. Process Changes worldwide (global process expert);
• Drive Digitalization (aligned with PS&Digi team);
• Support CQA process, Problem Solving, Launch Process, Lessons Learned.

Your profile:
• English language fluency;
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
• Project Management/ planning/ organizing skills;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;

• Global attitude;
• Expert knowledge in soldering required;
• Knowledge about the common standards in automotive in regards of soldering.
