Come and join to the Passive Safety Systems Division as Global Process Expert at Czestochowa. Position can be as well in Reynosa, Mexico. 
 
Your tasks: 

• Drive Early Product Development (process, material) regarding Design for Manufacturing and total cost of ownership;

• Process Development; define and develop preferred manufacturing processes and key suppliers (Front-Loading);

• Identify and implement Design for Automation potentials;

• Represent Operations within innovation and new product development projects;

• Define Process Standards and lead worldwide implementation; 

• Support and approve D-FMEA (production process focus); 

• Trigger P-FMEA and Control Plan Standardization; 

• Approve Manuf. Process Changes worldwide (global process expert); 

• Drive Digitalization for data based process improvement, AI applications;

• Perform benchmarks and deep dives between products and locations 

--> quality improvement potentials, best practice sharing;

• Support quote process, Problem Solving, Launch Process, Lessons Learned. 

Your profile: 

• Deep experience in assembly process development (ideally seatbelt products & processes); 

• English language fluency; 

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills; 

• Project Management/ planning/ organizing skills; 

• Excellent oral and written communication skills; 

• Global attitude.
