GSSO Data Analyst

Main responsibilities:

  • Global (GPIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Design:
    • Collaborate with management to design GPIs and KPIs that align with business goals
    • Develop comprehensive GPI and KPI frameworks for various departments.
  • Data Collection & Analysis:
    • Gather data from various sources to calculate both GPIs and KPIs;
    • Develop automated reporting systems (e.g. Power Bi) to enhance reporting efficiency
    • Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze data and generate insights
    • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports.
  • Monthly Maintenance:
    • Update and maintain GPI and KPI dashboards on a monthly basis;
    • Monitor GPI and KPI performance and identify trends or areas of improvement;
    • Prepare detailed reports and visualizations for management review.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work with accounting and finance teams to integrate financial metrics into GPIs and KPIs;
    • Coordinate with department heads to ensure GPIs and KPIs are relevant and actionable.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Continuously assess and improve the GPIs and KPIs process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness;
    • Implement feedback from stakeholders to refine GPIs and KPIs.

 

Required skills and experience:

  • Advanced skills in Excel, including Power BI, Power Query, and complex formula creation;
  • Ability to build dynamic and interactive dashboards;
  • Strong understanding of accounting processes;
  • Familiar with ERP systems used by GSSO teams;
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate useful insights;
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency;
  • Very good English communication skills to present data and insights clearly;
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders;
  • Proactive in identifying issues and proposing solutions;
  • Capability to streamline processes and improve data collection methods.
