What you can look forward to as Financial Analyst - Controlling Reporting & Simulation Expert (m/f/d):

• Acting as a Cost Controlling expert:

-Controlling representative in projects / Single point of contact of for analysis of InterCompany services Z, Governance cost calculation, impact on Z Management concept etc.
-Further development of existing standard cost management templates for carve-out projects, to be used in Board and recurring meetings to generate consistency & transparency

• Ad-hoc reporting: prepare ad-hoc reports on demand of management based on central FACT data base and corporate reporting system (BW)
• Standard reporting: develop and prepare harmonized standard reporting set for monthly analysis (SAP BW) to manage performance of Corporate units Z
• Development reporting/prediction solutions:

-Development of integrated data entry and reporting solutions
-Development of predictive analytics solutions in context of corporate unit management concept

• Neutral Shift process: development and maintenance of Neutral shift process to ensure transparency on financial impacts of organizational changes

Your profile as Financial Analyst - Controlling Reporting & Simulation Expert (m/f/d):

• University degree on Economics with focus on Controlling/Accounting or IT
• About 3 years business experience within the required area
• Conceptual and target-oriented working method paired with very good analytical skills
• Expert knowledge in MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• SAP Knowledge (ERP/ BW / SAC);  Microsoft PowerBI would be an asset  
• Reliability and team spirit
• Extended communication skills in an international environment (Polish and English language skills mandatory/German nice to have)
