About the Team:

The team is a cross-functional global community of dedicated ZF digital transformation agents & process experts. You will be part of the project team that is charged with template development, implementation & continuous improvement for our transformation into SAP S/4 HANA ERP.

What you can look forward to:

• Responsible for roll-out project deliverables, e.g. change management, training, testing, data cleansing and data migration.
• Responsible for steering the project team members for all relevant tasks.
• Project risk management.
• Single point of contact for the plant during complete project duration, including steering ZF plant management stakeholders.
• Analyzing and presenting input regarding the project’s performance on a regular basis.
• Responsible for all integration related activities within plant roll-out projects.

Your profile:

• Experience in leadership of large-scale projects.
• Experience in SAP roll-outs in a project management capacity.
• Ability to understand the business and possible regional process variances.
• Collaborative and decision-oriented.
• Goal-oriented with a strong commitment to reach objectives.
