This position is part of ZF's ADAS & HPC business, which is entering an exciting new phase of growth and transformation within the advanced automotive technology space. The business unit is planned for divestiture, creating a unique opportunity to help shape the future of next-generation driver assistance and high-performance computing technologies.

What you can look forward to as an EMC Validation Engineer (m/f/d):

• Performing EMC validation tests in accordance with customer specifications.
• Planning and monitoring test progress to ensure timely delivery of accurate results.
• Preparing and setting up test infrastructure based on validation strategies and plans.
• Preparing EMC test reports and status updates for customers.
• Ensuring and monitoring effective cooperation between departments and disciplines.
• Defining and implementing corrective action plans in case of delay risks.
• Automating test methods and processes supporting test execution.

Your Profile as an EMC Validation Engineer (m/f/d):

• Higher education, preferably in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in automotive EMC testing is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of EMC testing methods for automotive electronic systems.
• Good work organization and self-discipline – work performed in an accredited testing laboratory.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, including English.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
