About the Team:  

The team is a cross-functional global community of dedicated ZF digital transformation agents & process experts. You will be part of the project team that is charged with template development, implementation & continuous improvement for our transformation into SAP S/4 HANA ERP.  

What you can look forward to as SAP Digital Transformation Agent Finance EMEA (m/f/d):

• Driving the implementation of all project related design activities within a region (Americas, EMEA, Asia-Pacific) with specific legal or local requirements in the area of Treasury
• Identifying gaps between existing Treasury functionalities of the ZF ERP Template and requirements of a specific ZF site and aligning on a design how to close them
• Providing input to the Process Management Organization and the SAP Build and Configuration team regarding deviations from standard processes
• Taking on the role of a Process Expert in Treasury (Define & adjust standard Process for the ERP-Template)
• Taking on the role of a sub-project manager for the relevant process domain to actively ensure the defined (sub)project goals
• Hands on support activities during implementation; a.o. execution of unit testing of the configuration
• Training Key-Users at the ZF site on Treasury processes and guiding them in data cleansing, mapping, enriching and validation tasks
• Conducting test preparation and execution with the Key-Users at the site or remotely
• Ensuring proper business execution after Go Live of SAP ERP template
• Acting as primary contact for Key-Users regarding project related questions

Your profile as SAP Digital Transformation Agent Finance EMEA (m/f/d):

• Process experience in SAP (ECC or S/4) (in the area of Treasury-related topics would be an asset)
• Good functional SAP experience incl. the interdependencies between processes and their related SAP modules (FICO accounting, bank statements, payments, SAP integrations) and functional experience with XML ISO20022 formats would be a plus
• Solid experience in large SAP programs and projects, willing to cope with the governance structures and related administrative tasks
• Able to analyze and solve issues with a solution-oriented approach
• Working with third party implementation partners and coordinate scope, planning and progress with the third-party project manager
• Empathic personality and from cultural point of view able to work with Key-Users and project members from different countries
• Resilient, hands-on, and able to work under pressure to reach project goals
• Fluent English language skills, Spanish language skills would be a plus
