Digital Data and AI Specialist

The person we search should be responsible for  providing consultation & coordination within the Division to realize their Analytic requirements considering strategic and available technologies aligned with ZF standards and supported through the FIX organization.  The intent is to understand what other divisions and domains are doing to assist in leveraging solutions and developing synergies across the company.

Expectation is the person is very familiar with Microsoft BI/AI technologies such as PowerBI and PowerApps.

Your Tasks:

• Support realization of Divisional KPI/OKRs
• Clarifies & qualifies IT Data and Analytic demands. Manages divisional Data and Analytics IT demand portfolio. Initiates & structures the necessary project setup, scoping, resource estimation and governance.
• In charge of implementing Analytics and Reporting requirement considering divisional and IT perspective
• Promote & drive IT based innovation (AI, Data Analytics, ...). Value based prioritization of innovation in global product line/area.
• Close collaboration with Digitalization Team, Product Line/area and domain process management

Your Profile:

• Strong business acumen and understanding, high conflict management skills
• Bachelor`s degree
• Senior Project Management Skills
• Visionary thinking and effective execution
• Experience in Data Architecture and Business Processes
• IT Architecture overview
• Experience in implementation of SAP S4HANa
• High software and analytic skills
