We are looking for a new colleague to strengthen our Sales Systems & Processes Team, located in various countries.

 

Main accountabilities, responsibilities and deliverables on the position of Digital Customer Collaboration Expert & Customer Documentation Officer - Sales:
•    Support external electronic customer communication in terms of customer portals & systems (portal management)
•    Worldwide support of internal colleagues in handling access to external customer portals/systems 
•    Coordinate external user access management in customer systems (creating, changing and deactivating access rights of ZF employees)
•    Support the initialization of new customer requirements, terms and conditions (e.g. by Customer Account teams, Legal, IT) to ensure IT-, data- & information-security and protect intellectual property 
•    Routing of incoming relevant customer documents
•    Support & track document assessment process and resulting actions

 

Required skills and experience / main competencies:
•    Bachelor’s degree with first working experience (ideally in customer support, customer service or portal management)
•    Preferred experience: in automotive or similar industry (e.g. machinery, rail, aerospace etc. – big, international companies)
•    Strong service orientation and good coordination skills
•    Customer-oriented way of thinking and profound communication skills
•    Ability to work in an international team & cultural awareness
•    Fluent in English; French/Spanish/Italian/German/Polish would be a plus
