What you can look forward to as Data Privacy Training and Monitoring Specialist (m/f/d):

• You are responsible for the Data Privacy web-based training and further specific Data Privacy target group specific trainings and its operation and further development;
• You are responsible for regular execution of ICS controls and risk management in the area of Data Privacy including following-up of findings; 
• You are responsible for coordinating, organizing and facilitating community calls with the global Data Privacy network;
• You own group-wide projects and initiatives to enhance the ZFs’ Data Privacy;
• You act as interface to other departments (e.g., Compliance) on operational Data Privacy matters;
• You support in tracking of project milestones and tasks within the Corporate Data Privacy team with task management tools (e.g., MS Planner);
• You manage concrete implementation tasks derived from the Data Privacy Management System;
• You assist the Privacy Leadership team with hands-on management support in day-to-day business (e.g., management presentations, organization of team meetings, administration of project plans / reports, travel & expense management).

Your profile as Data Privacy Training and Monitoring Specialist (m/f/d):

• Completed higher education – at least bachelor degree;
• Excellent (self-) organizational and time management skills;
• High level on trustworthiness, open-minded and eager to take over hands-on tasks;
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; good knowledge in German would be a benefit;
• Excellent skills in handling MS Office 365 applications (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.);
• Knowledge and hands-on experiences (the more the better) of professional Data Privacy (EU GDPR), Compliance or Risk Management in an international environment desirable;
• Ability to understand market and business needs while safeguarding privacy compliance.
