We are reinforcing our international Corporate Data Privacy team. Help us in shaping the future of industry 4.0 smart services and digital technologies by becoming a key partner for enabling our business to achieve our strong commitment to Privacy compliance.
What you can look forward to as Data Privacy Specialist - Auditing
- You are responsible for the annual Data Privacy monitoring plan for the processing of Personal Data globally to ensure compliance with international Data Privacy regulations.
- You conduct Data Privacy monitoring activities and audits across all business functions to ensure compliance with internal policies, internal controls, and processes as a second line of defense.
- You prepare detailed audit reports and follow-up of agreed measures for Data Privacy compliance and present your findings to senior management.
- You manage the risk assessments process and compile reports and measures resulting from it.
- You organize lessons learned sessions for different stakeholder groups to ensure continuous improvement.
- You liaise with different stakeholder including the Divisional Data Privacy Officers, Data Privacy Managers, Internal Audit, Information Security, among others.
Your Profile as Data Privacy Specialist - Auditing
- Successfully completed studies in the field of IT, business, law or similar, the relevant certifications in privacy or audits are the additional assets
- Minimum 3 years (the more the better) of professional Data Privacy experience or Internal / External Audit or other monitoring functions in an international business environment.
- In depth understanding of the international Data Privacy regulatory environment, in particular the EU GDPR.
- Knowledge of emerging AI and data compliance obligations as also as strong understanding of data driven business models
- Ability to pragmatically balance market and business needs while safeguarding privacy compliance launched with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English language skills, additional languages may be a benefit
- Open-minded and confident appearance in negotiations with strong interpersonal communication skills
- Team player with intercultural competencies and experience in an international environment.
