About the Team:

We reinforce our international data privacy team in our Corporate Functions. Help us shaping the future of industry 4.0 and digital ecosystems and become a key partner for our business in our strong commitment to privacy compliance.

 

What you can look forward to as Data Privacy Officer:

 

  • You are responsible for the Data Privacy Management System (DPMS) within dedicated Division
  • You act as the DPO in your area of responsibility. 
  • You advise and supervise our business units’ compliance with national and international data privacy / protection regulations.
  • You assess new digital business projects and processing operations for data privacy requirements.
  • You support our business units on all data privacy matters and on implementing the right solutions, in performing data privacy impact assessments and in maintaining the records of processing activities.
  • You assess personal data breaches and data subjects’ requests and are involved in the respective response activities thereto.
  • You promote a culture of data protection across our division and familiarize its business units of their obligations.
  • You are part of the further development of data privacy within ZF Group.

 

Your profile as Data Privacy Officer:

 

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of law, business, IT or similar.
  • Minimum 3 years (the more the better) of professional data privacy experience in an international environment.
  • In depth understanding of the international data privacy regulatory environment, in particular the EU GDPR
  • Understanding of data driven businesses.
  • Understanding AI, IT Systems & cloud environments.
  • Ability to understand market and business needs while safeguarding privacy compliance.
  • Fluent English skills, further languages may be a benefit.
  • Confident appearance in negotiations and strong communication skills.
