Customer Service Specialist - Logistics

Job description:

  • Cooperation with main automotive OEMs (Stellantis x_Fiat, Iveco, Ferrari, Maserati),
  • Managing and monitoring customers’ orders from reception of an order till the on-time delivery,
  • Reporting to management main KPIs for logistic performance and logistic quality of deliveries,
  • Logistic customer service – daily contact with customers and their subcontractors in supply chain (managing returnable packaging, transport, contact with external warehouses and customs agencies),
  • Voice of Customer – daily work with B2B portals, knowledge of and distributing internally customers’ specific logistic requirements to guarantee good service and giving feedback to customers’ requests or queries,
  • Managing sales & distribution data in SAP,
  • Giving support to new launch for logistic part of a process,
  • Contacting central function within ZF (Sales Teams, Corporate Logistics).

 

Required:

  • Fluency in Polish (s/w/r) at C1 level,
  • Fluency in English (s/w/r) at minimum B2 level,
  • Experience in Supply Chain environment,
  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics
  • Knowledge of SAP OR9 and MS Office tools,
  • Ability to work with big data and under time pressure,
  • Good negotiation skills,
  • Knowledge of problem-solving would be a plus,
  • Very good self-organization,
  • Nice to have:
    • Italian (s/w/r) at minimum B2 level.
