Credit & Collections Specialist with Spanish or Portuguese (m/f/d)

About the Team

We are looking for a Credit & Collections Specialist with Spanish or Portuguese to join our Credit Team. In this role, you will primarily focus on collections activities, ensuring timely payments from customers and supporting healthy cash flow. Additionally, you will assist the Credit team with credit-related activities, customer account reviews, and risk management processes.

• Manage assigned customer portfolio and monitor outstanding receivables.
• Proactively contact customers regarding overdue invoices via phone and email.
• Follow up on payment commitments and resolve payment delays.
• Investigate and support resolution of invoice disputes.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities.
• Support cash collection targets and reduce aging balances.
• Support credit related activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams to ensure effective account management.

Your Profile as Credit & Collections Specialist with Spanish or Portuguese (m/f/d):

• Bachelor’s degree (BA) in accounting, finance or other business-related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the field of Credit and Collections or finance and accounting, preferably in multinational manufacturing environment.
• Fluent Spanish (minimum B2 level).
• Portuguese would be an additional plus.
• Good command of English.
• Experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, Credit, or Finance Operations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
