We are looking for a Compliance  Business Partner expert to join the Corporate Compliance Prevention Management team to support our compliance management system, providing strong support to our compliance systems with a focus on Business Partner Risks – specifically but not limited to the area of Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Corruption and Bribery, as well as Antitrust Law.  The position has global responsibilities, and the location of the position is flexible with an expectation that the position would be located at one of our key ZF locations.

 

Your tasks:

 

  • Work independently, in a team of compliance professionals, and with business personnel throughout ZF, on the evaluation, monitoring and mitigation of Business Partner risks and the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of a global Business Partner Due Diligence program for the entire organization
  • Perform Business Partner Checks with focus on compliance risk throughout the group
  • Create and present reports on Business Partner risk and support implementation of identified measures to enhance the Business Partner Due Diligence program and mitigate identified Business Partner Risk
  • Support other compliance management system functions and initiatives with the general objective to meet legal compliance standards and mitigate liability to the ZF Group, its entities and staff, including Executive Management

 

 Your profile:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance or comparable preferred
  • Min. 3 years of experience in compliance, Business Partner Due Diligence and/or audit with a strong focus on risks and controls related to Business Partners and risk-based auditing techniques, either in a global industrial company or a major accounting or law firm;
  • Strong methodical approach, analytical and process-oriented thinking, critical judgment and an entrepreneurial mindset;
  • Fluent in English
  • German skills are considered an asset
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
