We are strengthening our team in the area of Business Process Digitalization in the location Czestochowa.

Tasks:

• Manage ZF’s project portfolio together within ZF’s Process Management Organization as well as steering and facilitating working groups to prioritize areas for cloud adoption and other digitalization initiatives;
• Continuously improve ZF’s project portfolio management, prepare & conduct trainings on process, project and portfolio management;
• Further develop and activate ZF’s digital process strategy in close collaboration with all Corporate Functions and Divisions;
• Lead complex cross-divisional and cross-functional projects and/or programs for the implementation of digitalization initiatives;
• Digitalization technology trend scouting for identification, evaluation and later implementation of innovative digitalization use cases.

Profile:

• Degree in business administration, business informatics or similar field with at least 6 years of professional experience, preferably with exposure to project portfolio management & digitalization;
• Ability to influence, convince and to negotiate with different stakeholders on varying management levels within the company;
• Solution-oriented way of thinking and approaching tasks combined with a high degree of ownership for these tasks, enjoyment of challenges, an independent way of working as well as outstanding team, collaboration and communication skills;
• Flexibility regarding dynamically changing priorities, open-mindedness and hands-on mentality;
• Fluent English language skills, German is a plus.
