Business Analysis and Financial Reporting Specialist

Short Description

We strengthen our team in corporate units (Z), Domain Finance/Controlling/IT, within Area of Analytics and Prediction.

This role includes jobs primarily concerned with Strategic and operational controlling, cost analysis of operative processes and investments and the related management reporting, for a range of regional, functional organization units.

Your tasks:

• Define & implement standards for reporting & analysis of Corporate Units (Domains & Service Center, Business development, Holdings)
• Key interface between Reporting Units and Hub Controllers
• Review KPIs and provide information to the Domains and Service Centers
• Supporting month end closing activities for Global Domain HUBs
• Present results to managers and Hub Controllers
• Support Financial Analysis team to follow ZF Digitalization strategy and enhance digitalized processes
• Act as interface and translate between business needs and information technology capabilities
• Ensure knowledge transfer to end user in Z, by providing sufficient online/offline trainings
• Support in management centered preparation, visualization and reporting of financial / non-financial information

Profile:

• Complete higher education in Accounting/Finance
• At least 3 years professional experience with focus on Business analytics, system design, IT project
• Conceptional and target focused working style connected with very good analytical competencies
• Very good IT knowledge in MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access), PowerBI, Microsoft PowerApps
• SAP Knowledge (BW, SAC)
• Reliability and capacity for teamwork
• Distinct communication abilities in international environments (English)
• High Flexibility, robustness and interest on new challenges
