This position is part of ZF’s ADAS & HPC business, which is entering an exciting new phase of growth and transformation within the advanced automotive technology space. The business unit is planned for divestiture, creating a unique opportunity to help shape the future of next-generation driver assistance and high-performance computing technologies.

What you can look forward to as an Accounting Lead-Legal Entity EU (f/m/d):

• Interpret and apply IFRS accounting standards to complex transactions.
• Support development and maintenance of accounting policies and guidelines.
• Provide technical accounting advice to finance teams and business units in Europe (excl. Germany).
• Assist in preparation for audits by addressing accounting queries and ensuring compliance.
• Monitor changes in accounting standards and assess impact on company reporting.
• Collaborate with controlling, tax, and legal teams on cross-functional accounting issues.
• Participate in implementation of new accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to training and knowledge-sharing initiatives on accounting principles.
• Support preparation of financial statements and disclosures in accordance with standards.
• Ensure documentation and record-keeping of accounting treatments and decisions.
• Provide financial support to accounting activities and general reporting.

Your profile as an Accounting Lead-Legal Entity EU (f/m/d):

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years’ experience in financial planning and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Excel and planning software (SAP BPC, Anaplan, or similar).
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis principles.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage priorities.
• Fluent in English.
