About the Team

What you can look forward to as Customer & Field Quality Engineer:
- Proactively manage customer relation to achieve excellent customer satisfaction in terms of product and process quality.
- Handle and manage 0km claim / Field claim, Warranty management lead initiate 8D report and another investigate tools. Manage data of 0km claim / field claim to / with SAP.
- Customer PPAP, Change Management , CSR (Customer Specific requirement) Management , Customer Requirements/Voice to CVS.
- Knowledge of IATF16949, document control
Your Profile as Customer & Field Quality Engineer:
- Bachelor’s degree, or higher in related fields.
- Experience 5 years up in Quality, preferably automotive industry.
- Experience in the implementation and maintenance of IATF16949:2016 Quality Standards.
- Has the experience in Customer Quality and QMS.
- Good command in English.
- Good in interpersonal skills with strong oral and written communication skills.Self-motivated and organized and can-do attitude.
