About the Team

Join a highly dedicated Finance team responsible for ensuring accurate costing, financial transparency, and operational excellence. Based in Senai, Johor, the team plays a key role in supporting manufacturing operations by providing reliable costing information, maintaining system integrity, and ensuring timely reporting for management decision-making.

What you can look forward to as Costing Executive:

• Responsible for costing activities of finished goods and semi‑finished goods, including standard cost roll‑up and new part introductions.
• Perform material cost roll-up, maintain supplier price lists, and validate LOI approvals.
• Ensure receiving reports from BPCS interface correctly to SAP; run necessary system queries.
• Prepare accurate monthly reports such as Inventory Valuation, Product Structure, Product Line Reporting, Stock Reconciliation, Labour & Overhead Absorption, and payroll cost reconciliation.
• Support physical inventory count, cycle counts, variance reporting, and inventory adjustments.
• Maintain finished and semi‑finished goods costing files in Excel.
• Validate item type and product group accuracy in BPCS (MRP300, INV100, INV300).
• Update sales details with COGS and run queries for selling prices.
• Conduct IC profit checks, scrap verification, and cross-check unplanned issues from production/warehouse.
• Handle other ad-hoc reporting as required.

Your Profile as Costing Executive:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Professional Qualification.
• 3–4 years of experience in costing or general accounting.
• Strong analytical mindset, meticulous, independent, and able to perform under tight deadlines.
• Effective communicator with strong teamwork, responsibility, and commitment.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Power BI, BPCS, GIFCO SAP.
• Able to work on public holidays during month-end closing due to tight timelines.
