You will be joining a dynamic and dedicated accounting team that plays a key role in supporting the financial health and growth of the organization. The team is composed of skilled professionals with a diverse range of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and analysis.

What can you look forward to as Cost Accountant:

•    Analyze and review production costs, labor, and material expenses.
•    Perform variance analysis and provide insights on cost-saving opportunities.
•    Maintain and update the cost accounting system to ensure accuracy in costing data.
•    Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and financial statements related to inventory and production costs.
•    Support the budgeting and forecasting process by providing cost data and analysis.
•    Work closely with operations, procurement, and finance teams to ensure proper cost allocation and efficiency.
•    Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
•    Conduct regular reviews of cost accounting procedures and recommend improvements.
•    Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial regulations.
•    Audit/perform cycle counts inventory.

Your Profile as a Cost Accountant:

· Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in the automotive industry in a multi-national manufacturing environment
· Fluent English
· Degree in Accounting. Engineering, Business Administration
· Standard Cost Experience
· Strong standard cost, inventory management, and cost analysis knowledge.
· Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to lead and coordinate activities across different areas.
· Proficiency in accounting and management software (SAP), as well as advanced Excel skills.
