About the team

We are seeking an experienced Site HR Manager to lead HR operations in Spain. Location: Navarra area/ Pamplona

 

This role requires a strong blend of HR generalist expertise, labor relations knowledge, and hands-on site HR management to ensure smooth HR operations, compliance with labor laws, and alignment with business objectives.

  • Lead HR strategy and execution across different Spanish sites, ensuring alignment with company and regional HR goals.
  • Coordinate day-to-day HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and development programs.
  • Oversee labor relations and employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with Spanish labor laws, collective agreements, and company policies across all sites.
  • Lead and support HR projects related to workforce planning and change management.
  • Act as a liaison between site operations and corporate HR, ensuring smooth communication and policy implementation.
  • Support payroll administration, compensation processes, and benefits coordination in collaboration with HR teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HR processes, enhance employee satisfaction, and improve efficiency.

 

Your Profile as Site HR Manager Spain:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in site HR management, labor relations, and HR generalist functions, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law, works council interactions, and collective bargaining.
  • Proven experience supporting multi-site HR functions, particularly in operational environments.
  • Ability to balance strategic HR leadership with hands-on operational HR support.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Experience working in a multinational environment, managing HR operations across different locations.
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
