We are reinforcing our Production & Supply Chain team at our location in Corella, Spain.

We are looking for a Production Processes Manager who will ensure efficient production planning, material availability, and a stable operational flow. The role is key to maintaining high service levels, operational stability, and seamless coordination across core functions.

What you can look forward to as an Production Processes Manager:

• Plan production and adjust schedules according to demand and actual availability.
• Coordinate with production plants to ensure operational feasibility.
• Manage priorities and production sequencing.
• Ensure the availability of raw materials and critical components.
• Identify supply risks and collaborate with Procurement to mitigate them.
• Optimize stock levels and balance inventories between plants.
• Analyze stock rotation, obsolescence, and inventory behavior.
• Track planning KPIs, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions.

Your profile as an Production Processes Manager:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial planning.
• ERP experience, ideally SAP.
• Strong analytical skills; experience with Power BI or dashboard tools.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Lean mindset and structured process thinking.
• Ability to anticipate risks and manage priorities effectively.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
