Job Description

The Site Finance Leader/Controller will be responsible for finance leadership for ZF’s CVS operations in Hebron, KY and other ZF products sold in North America.

 

What you can look forward to as the Controller/Finance Leader:

  • Lead total finance responsibilities for the Hebron, KY site and partner with site leadership to support regional growth and expansion.
  • Maintain and report financial information in accordance with company policies, reporting schedules, GAAP requirements, and SAP controls.
  • Own budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, and insight-driven operational reporting for the site.
  • Maintain a strong controls environment to ensure compliance with company policies and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, including local and regional testing.
  • Protect company assets by properly accounting for capital spending and ensuring assets are identified as company property.
  • Ensure required month-end financial reporting for the joint venture partner is completed accurately and on time.
  • Manage accounting and finance staff while establishing stretch targets, aligning BU objectives, and cascading goals to individual objectives.
  • Support STRAP, AOP, performance reviews, capital expenditure analysis, regulatory compliance, BU collaboration, and other duties as assigned.

 

Your Profile as the Controller/Finance Leader: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
  • 6+ years of related operational finance experience as a site/ regional controller or finance experience within a manufacturing environment.   
  • Strong proficiency in SAP, MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), and Cognos.
  • Must have strong financial/accounting technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment and possess a strong operational focus.  
  • Experience with maintaining internal control systems.
  • Ability to maintain the integrity of confidential information
  • Must have a verifiable track record of technical and professional accomplishments that are demonstrative of strong management and leadership, team work and communication skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States now, AND in the future.
