We are hiring a Continuous Improvement Intern to join our team in Monterrey.

What you can expect as a Continuous Improvement Intern:
• Support continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
• Assist in the implementation and sustainment of Lean Manufacturing and ZF Production System (ZFPS) initiatives.
• Participate in process analysis activities to identify waste and improvement opportunities.
• Support the development and update of Standard Work, Visual Management, and Continuous Improvement documentation.
• Assist in organizing and facilitating Kaizen workshops, 5S audits, and improvement events.
• Collect, analyze, and report operational performance data and KPIs.
• Support value stream mapping and process optimization projects.
• Follow up on action plans resulting from audits, workshops, and improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Logistics, and Engineering teams to drive operational excellence.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and training materials related to continuous improvement activities.

Your Profile as a Continuous Improvement Intern
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• University insurance or medical insurance.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn.
