Because ZF Wind Power keeps on growing, we are looking for a Manager Sustainability (Strategy & Reporting) to join our Environment Health & Safety in Coimbatore.

 

What you can look forward to as Manager Sustainability:

  • Calculate and analyze Product Carbon Footprints (PCF) and organizational carbon footprint in alignment with GHG Protocol standards.
  • Manage Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions reporting and develop reduction strategies.
  • Develop and implement Net Zero Roadmaps for products and operations.
  • Engage senior leadership on carbon neutrality strategies and progress tracking.
  • Design and implement internal carbon pricing mechanisms to drive low-carbon decision-making and investment strategies.
  • Collaborate with customers and suppliers to improve carbon data transparency and drive emissions reduction initiatives.
  • Perform LCAs using tools such as LCA for experts/ One Click LCA/SimaPro.
  • Prepare Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) for public disclosure.

 

Your profile as Manager Sustainability:

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field, along with 8–12 years of experience in energy management, carbon accounting, and LCA, is preferred. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in LCA tools such as One Click LCA and SimaPro. They should also have hands‑on experience in developing internal carbon pricing models and possess deep knowledge of global sustainability and carbon reporting frameworks such as CDP, GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD, CBAM, and IFRS S2.
