Because ZF Wind Power keeps on growing, we are looking for a Manager Sustainability (Strategy & Reporting) to join our Environment Health & Safety in Coimbatore.

What you can look forward to as Manager Sustainability:

• Develop and implement ESG strategy aligned with global standards, double materiality assessment and business objectives.
• Prepare sustainability disclosures and reports in compliance with GRI, ESRS, IFRS S1 & S2, SASB, TCFD.
• Manage ESG ratings and questionnaires (S&P DJSI CSA, CDP, MSCI, etc.) and drive score improvements.
• Produce monthly/quarterly ESG dashboards, MIS, and briefing notes for customers, investors and senior leadership as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Safety, Operations, Supply Chain etc.) and external stakeholders (investors, customers, suppliers) periodically for reports/dashboards and overall improvement in sustainability practices.
• Manage corporate certifications programs like ISO 14001, ISO 45001 etc.
• Lead cross-functional ESG projects and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.

Your profile as Manager Sustainability:

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field, along with 8–12 years of experience in energy management, carbon accounting, and LCA, is preferred. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in LCA tools such as One Click LCA and SimaPro. Hands‑on experience in developing internal carbon pricing models and possess deep knowledge of global sustainability and carbon reporting frameworks such as CDP, GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD, CBAM, and IFRS S2.
