As wind turbines continue to grow, we are continuously pushed outside of our engineering boundaries, which makes it a challenging engineering environment to work in.  We are looking for a new colleague in the Finance department at our location in Coimbatore, India.

What you can look forward to as Software Application Engineer(m/f/d):
• Analyze software requirements. Develop software designs
• Implement software modules using model based approaches or programming languages
• Perform functional tests and static analysis
• Functional understanding of vehicle powertrain, vehicle electronics, CAN bus systems
• Any high-level programming language (e.g. Matlab, Python).
• Problem-solving skills with ability to communicate complex matters to all stakeholder Analytical / Troubleshooting

Your profile as Software Application Engineer
• Software calibration and configuration for transmission systems of construction machinery equipment
• System definition, component selection and documentation for software application projects
• Preparation and execution of safety- and functional tests on HIL (Hardware in the loop) and SIL (software in the loop) systems
• Support and Definition of functional specifications together with clients and/or expert teams
• Continuous improvement of existing application tool chain, processes, and approaches in interdisciplinary teams
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer escalations
