What you can look forward to as Senior Manager/ AGM - Finance and Controlling (m/f/d):

• Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing. Plant controlling, cost accounting, and variance analysis
• Budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow and working‑capital management. Financial analysis and decision support for site and BU management
• Accounts Payable / Receivable, invoicing, collections, reconciliations. Treasury and banking operations, payment controls, guarantees, LCs
• GST compliance (incl. SEZ supplies), returns and reconciliations. Coordination with external CAs for income‑tax matters
• Compliance with SEZ regulations. Import/export documentation (BOE, SOFTEX)
• Liaison with SEZ authorities, customs consultants, auditors. Internal controls, risk management, audit support
• Strongly operational, hands‑on site role. Decision authority within approved budgets and policies
• No responsibility for Company Secretary, Board, or corporate governance topics
• Corporate and legal governance handled by Regional / Group functions

Your Profile as Senior Manager/ AGM - Finance and Controlling (m/f/d):

• 10+ years experience in manufacturing / site finance, ideally SEZ with Degree in Finance / Accounting; CA or CMA preferred
• Strong statutory, GST, and compliance knowledge. Structured, execution‑focused leader and business partner
• Strong expertise in financial control, budgeting, cash flow, and cost management
• Solid knowledge of GST, SEZ, customs, Companies Act
• Confident interaction with auditors, regulators, SEZ authorities, and advisors
• People leadership with a hands‑on, execution‑focused approach
• High integrity, compliance mindset, and risk awareness. Clear communicator and trusted advisor to site and BU leadership
