Senior Engineer - Supply Chain Expert

We are looking for a qualified Supply Chain Expert with strong experience in Buying and Logistics operations to support and enhance supply chain processes, systems, and performance.

The role involves cross-functional coordination, process optimization and driving continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and procurement activities.

• Manage and optimize end-to-end logistics operations, including inventory, warehousing, transportation and supplier coordination & Ensure alignment of procurement activities with sourcing strategies and drive delivery performance to achieve OTIF targets.
• Provide functional support for SAP/ERP, WMS, and planning tools, including troubleshooting and enhancements & Contribute to system improvements, data validation, performance monitoring, and reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with purchasing, production, logistics, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless operations & Act as a key interface between internal teams and external partners.
• Deliver training on supply chain processes and tools, develop documentation, and support effective knowledge transfer and user adoption.
• Develop dashboards and performance reports to track KPIs such as OTIF, inventory accuracy, and process compliance & Support supply chain transformation, digitization, and optimization initiatives.
• Drive supplier development through logistics audits (GMMOG/LE), capacity analysis, value stream mapping, and escalation management & Lead logistics planning and optimization projects (e.g., Kanban, consignment) and implement performance improvement initiatives, including inventory reduction.
• Support continuous improvement of logistics processes and systems & Understand plant requirements and frame them into actionable specifications for implementation with suppliers and customers

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Production) or related field, 5–6 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics or procurement, Experience in manufacturing / automotive industry preferred.
