What you can look forward to as Process expert Heat treatment (m/f/d)

• Competent to identify / manage / eliminate HSE risks / hazards & handle emergency situations appropriately based on one’s education, training or experience towards improved HSE performance in compliance to HSE regulations (ISO, Group Directives & SOPs)
• Act as an active / interactive team member in a project cross functional environment.
• Drive personal efficiency by using standard and transparent communication tools
• Drive cooperation across plants via the BPT approach
• Own personal development and adhere to HR supporting systems.
• Own and drive technology roadmap for system improvements.
• Drives the effectiveness of BPT and CFT methodically. Manages the invent once, rollout and share success methodology
• Owns the relevant documentation wrt relevant production technologies (PE guidelines, WFM)
• Owns the overview of manufacturing capability and capacity on a global level

Your Profile as Process expert Heat treatment (m/f/d)

• 7 years in manufacturing engineering related to castings and lean methodology
• Experience in Heat Treatment
• Experience in Process Engineering
• Experience in External/Internal Quality Audit
• Experience in directing matrix-oriented team
• Has a solid understanding of cost structures
• Drives financial result from an overall perspective
• Assesses and manages workload at hand based on data sources.
